Hunting & Shooting Sports
Hunting & Shooting
Shooting sports is a collective group of competitive and recreational sporting activities involving proficiency of accuracy, precision and speed in shooting — the art of using various types of ranged firearms and air-guns, in forms such as handguns, rifles, shotguns and bows/crossbows.
Different disciplines of shooting sports can be categorized by equipment, shooting distances, targets, time limits and degrees of athleticism involved. Shooting sports may involve both team and individual competition, and team performance is usually assessed by summing the scores of the individual team members.
Hunting, for which a license is required, is the practice of seeking, pursuing and capturing or killing wild animals. Hunting wildlife or feral animals is most commonly done by humans for meat, recreation, to remove predators that can be dangerous to humans or domestic animals, to remove pests that destroy crops or kill livestock, or for trade.
Regulations distinguish lawful hunting from poaching, which involves the illegal killing, trapping or capture of the hunted species. The species that are hunted are referred to as game or prey and are usually mammals and birds. Economists classify hunting as part of primary production – alongside forestry, agriculture and fishing.
We strive to offer the various equipment and safety gear needed when participating in these sports. We do not at this time offer ranged weapons but do offer Airsoft and Archery weapons and accessories, we also provide Hunting Accessories.
